(See the Entity-Hierarchy Action Report for a list of recent changes or the Entity Audit Report for a summary of changes to individual entites). Each entity is presented with the following information:

  • Entity Full Name
  • 4-digit Entity Number
  • 3-character Entity Abbreviation
  • 10-digit Hierarchy Number
  • Affiliations with other University processes

Affiliation values are as follows:

  • F Financial
  • P Personnel
  • M Student Major
  • C Course
  • m Student Minor
  • _ No Affiliation
